Fairy Mount Gardens is based in Kyogle NSW Australia. We ship Australia wide, but not internationally (yet!).

We are currently offering FREE shipping Australia wide, on orders over $150.00. All other orders  from the 10th of November 2022 to December the 8th,  also been given FREE shipping.

Please note all orders containing garden plants are express shipped on a Monday to ensure the arrive to your door with as little transport stress as possible. We recommend giving them a nice drink of water when they arrive.

Shipping generally takes 3-5 business days but may be longer to some areas or when the postage system is busy. If you haven't received your order within two weeks please contact us.

Returns

We accepts returns and will issue a refund for items that are returned within a timely manner. Please contact us as soon as possible if you intend to return your products. 

Goods must be in their original condition and not damaged in any way. Buyer is responsible for shipping cost of items returned.  In case of requesting swaps, buyer is responsible for cost of additional shipping.
